Heat water to 100°c, use one teaspoon per person & infuse for 3 minutes. Add milk if desired. For extra creaminess, infuse directly into hot milk.

INGREDIENTS: Turmeric (33%), Rooibos, Cinnamon, Ashwagandha, Black Peppercorns, Gotu Kola, Oat Flowering Tops, Lavender (3%), Linden Blossom (3%), Vanilla Pieces, Natural Flavouring.
