Heat water to 100°c, use one teaspoon per person & infuse for 3 minutes. Drink without milk. Add a spoonful of honey if desired.

INGREDIENTS: Ginger (25%), Lemon Myrtle (15%), Ashwagandha, Black Peppercorns, Turmeric (11%), Schisandra Berries, Rosemary, Gotu Kola, Nettle.
