How to Use

Inviting Sleep Halen Môn Bath Salts

Add a generous scoop into warm, running bath water & bathe for 20 minutes. For an intensive bathing therapy: add up to 250g into a full bath.

Heat water to 100°c, use one tea pyramid per person & infuse for 3 minutes. Add milk if desired. For extra creaminess, infuse directly into hot milk.
