Heat water to 80°c, use one teaspoon per person & infuse for 3 minutes. Drink with a splash of milk if desired.

Heat water to 100°c, use one teaspoon per person & infuse for 3 minutes. Add a splash of milk if desired.
Ginger Turmeric Tonic Wellness Tea
Heat water to 100°c, use one teaspoon per person & infuse for 3 minutes. Drink without milk. Add a spoonful of honey if desired.
