How do we take payment?

Monthly Subscriptions: Simply pay for your first months subscription and this first one is despatched once you do. Thereafter, subscriptions are processed on or around 1st of each month and you’ll receive your teas shortly after! You can add to, pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time although due to our processing of subscriptions, these cannot be changed or altered within the 5 days leading up to the 1st of every month.  Any new subscription orders placed within this 5 day period will automatically be processed on 1st of the following month.

Gift Subscriptions: The full payment is taken for 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions.  We automatically send the tea subscription each month for the entirety of the subscription period with no further payments required.

How can I cancel?

Action via your Account, or email us prior to your next subscription payment date to avoid another payment and order being released.

Can I add other products to my subscription to benefit from the free delivery?

YES!  Just email your request at sales@teaandtonic.co.uk and a unique code will be given for you to order with free delivery and your items will be sent together. Email us prior to your next subscription payment date to ensure it reaches us in time for despatching with your subscription.

Can I change the blends I subscribed to?

YES!  Just edit your subscription via your Account, or email your request at sales@teaandtonic.co.uk. Email us prior to your next subscription payment date to ensure it reaches us in time to amend your order before we despatch
